What Data Is Collected

• Details you provide of your own initiative in the contact form: full name, phone number, project location (optional), and the content of your inquiry/message.
• Details you provide when reaching out directly by email, phone, or Instagram.
• Technical information about site usage (such as pages and project photos viewed, links clicked, browser and device type), collected through analytics and advertising tools - see the Cookies section below.

The site does not request or collect credit card or payment details - there is no online payment mechanism on this site.

What the Information Is Used For

• Responding to your inquiry and scheduling an intro call or consultation.

Sharing Information With Third Parties

Contact form submissions are stored in the business's internal management system, through cloud hosting providers, and a notification is sent to the business email inbox through an email service provider. The information may be stored or processed on servers outside Israel.

The site uses third-party tools - Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel - to analyze site usage and measure the effectiveness of paid advertising. These tools collect information about the browser or device used to access the site, including pages and content viewed, links clicked, and time spent, and transmit it to Google and Meta in accordance with their respective privacy policies. This information does not include identifying details such as name, phone number, or email address, except to the extent provided separately through the contact form.

The site uses Google Signals, a Google Analytics feature that associates site usage data with the Google accounts of signed-in visitors who have consented to sharing such data, in order to receive aggregated, anonymous insights (such as age distribution and interests) about site visitors. Sahar Hod Architect does not currently run remarketing campaigns, and does not sell or rent personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Anyone who wishes to review, control, or delete the data their Google account shares for this purpose can do so at any time via My Google Activity.

Cookies

The site uses cookies from Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel for the measurement and analysis described above, as well as technical cookies from external providers embedded in the site. Information collected through these cookies is retained by the providers in accordance with their own policies; in Google Analytics, for up to 14 months. Cookies can be blocked, deleted, or otherwise controlled through your browser's settings, and via the official Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.

Personal information is retained for as long as needed for the purpose it was provided, or until you request its deletion, whichever comes first. We take reasonable, accepted measures to protect the information, including working with secure providers and using an encrypted (HTTPS) connection for the site.
